About us
Mike McGrail, principal writer and editor
Mike McGrail's writing and editing includes websites, case studies, video scripts, emails, articles, social media posts, speeches, white papers, news releases, content strategies and message development. He specializes in technology, education, and non-profit fundraising. He has written for Corning, Ocean
Conservancy, Hologic, Nokia,
USAID, Hughes Network Systems,
IBM, and Ingram Micro, among
other companies and non-profits.
His work has appeared on
CNN.com, in The Guardian, top
technology publications, and at a United Nations conference. He has won writing and editing awards from the New England Press, New England Newspaper and New Hampshire Press associations. His great-great uncle, also named Mike, was a bootlegger. He ran a speakeasy in Prohibition-era Massachusetts and was the inspiration for the name Speakeasy Communications.
